Which plan should I take?
Our subscription plans are based on the hours needed to complete clients’ requests. However, if you need help deciding which plan fits you best, don’t hesitate to book a free call. After you provide us with a brief, we’ll be able to offer the estimate for your project.
How many hours do I need for my project?
The hours needed depend on the type of request, your brief, and your feedback. Our table provides examples of what can be accomplished in 20 or 40 hours. For a more detailed estimate, you can book a free call to get an exact hour estimate tailored to your project.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes, you can pause or even cancel your subscription at any time. Simultaneously, you can choose to upgrade or downgrade your plan. If all of the paid hours are used and you need a few more to complete the project, note that you can get additional hours with a one-time type of payment.
What is a Custom plan?
For those looking for a more flexible option, we offer a Custom plan. The required hours will be calculated based on your project and needs. This plan can be billed as a one-time payment option, or you can use it as a recurring subscription model.
What happens to the unused hours?
Unused hours from your subscription will roll over to the next month and remain available indefinitely. You can use them any time.
How will we communicate?
At Devolfs, we communicate daily through the Slack Connect channel. All meetings are held on Google Meet. For requests, subscription management, and tracking hours, we use our custom-built app to keep everything organized and easy to manage.
How do payments work?
We bill on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis. Payments are automatically processed through your credit card via Stripe. Alternatively, you can choose a bank transfer (ACH) as a way of making the payment
Is there a way to get a discount on your services?
Yes, we offer a 10% discount for those who decide to pay quarterly. Those who wish to make their payments yearly are given 2 months free of charge—they are billed for only 10 instead of 12 months. In the end, you can also get 10% if you refer a friend to us.
