Introduction

Welcome to Devolfs. These Terms of Service govern your use of our platform, Devolfs Hub, where you can track hours, create requests, and manage payments for our services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should discontinue using our services.

Services

Devolfs provides design and development services through two primary models: subscription-based plans and one-time service packages. Subscription plans come in predefined options of 40 and 80 hours per month, with the flexibility to create custom packages based on specific client needs. One-time service packages allow clients to purchase predefined hours, such as 10, 20, or 30 hours, which are paid upfront. Both subscription-based and one-time purchases follow the same policies regarding payments, cancellations, and deliverables.

Payment & Billing

All subscription payments are processed through Stripe and renew automatically at the end of each billing period. Clients will receive an email notification three days before renewal to remind them of the upcoming charge. If the payment is not completed, access to new work is immediately paused. For one-time payments, clients may also opt for bank transfers, which must be completed before work begins. If a client requires additional work beyond their subscription hours, they can purchase extra hours upfront in predefined increments.

Cancellations & Refunds

Clients can cancel their subscription at the end of the billing period. However, no refunds are provided for unused hours or prepaid months. Any remaining hours can still be used until the end of the period, but they cannot be refunded. Clients retain access to our services until the subscription officially ends. If a client stops paying, they will lose access to any ongoing work, though they will retain ownership of any completed deliverables created before the last successful payment.

Ownership of Deliverables

Clients fully own all completed deliverables, including design files and live websites, once full payment has been made. However, if a client stops making payments, they only retain rights to the work completed up until the last payment. Any work completed afterward remains the property of Devolfs until payment is received.

Service Refusal & Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service to any client at our discretion. If a client violates these Terms, we will issue a single warning before terminating the agreement. If payment is not received, all work will be immediately paused, and no further deliverables will be provided.

Guarantees & Liability

We guarantee high-quality service, adherence to deadlines, and professional execution. However, we limit our liability where applicable and do not offer refunds. Clients are responsible for providing clear project requirements and ensuring that their scope aligns with the agreed-upon work.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt mediation before pursuing legal action. If mediation does not resolve the issue, the dispute will be handled through international arbitration under Estonia’s legal framework.

Changes to Terms

Devolfs reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our platform, and continued use of our services will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
