MyFuture is a comprehensive online platform that connects job seekers with employers in an innovative and efficient way.
Unlike other job portals, MyFuture focuses on optimizing the hiring process by finding a better match between applicants and employers, while also reducing time and costs on both ends.
Our team was tasked with creating the brand identity, UX and UI design for both the mobile and web versions of the MyFuture application, as well as the website design. This involved a deep understanding of the job market and the challenges faced by both job seekers and employers.
We started by conducting extensive market research to understand the needs and pain points of our target users. Based on this research, we developed a clear brand identity that would appeal to both job seekers and employers and differentiate MyFuture from its competitors.
Next, we designed the user experience and interface for the MyFuture app and website, ensuring that it was easy to use and navigate. We also incorporated various features and tools to help job seekers find the right job and employers find the right candidates.
To differentiate job seekers from employers, we used blue for job seekers to represent trust and confidence, and green for employers to signify growth and success.
This color scheme was consistently applied across the web and mobile apps to enhance user experience and emotional connection.
The MyFuture brand’s iconography was designed with clean lines and bold colors to reflect its innovative nature. The versatile icon set includes symbols for key features like job search and resume creation, helping users navigate the platform efficiently.
This custom iconography plays a crucial role in conveying the brand’s values and message clearly.
After establishing MyFuture's brand identity, Devolfs focused on designing the user experience and interface for their web and mobile apps. We began with wireframes to outline the layout, flow, and functionalities, aiming for an intuitive, modern design.
We developed a design system, including typography, colors, and icons, to ensure consistency and meet user needs.
The platform was divided into two sections: one for job seekers, with easy job searching and application features, and one for employers, featuring streamlined job posting, applicant management, and analytics tools. This approach optimized the hiring process for both parties.
In addition to brand identity and app design, Devolfs created a landing page for MyFuture. The goal was to provide comprehensive information about MyFuture, including its features, benefits, and mobile apps.
